Chwarae Teg’s Agile Nation Ascent Programme
Ascent is a programme of training and support that aims to help women learn key team leading and management skills, gain a recognised qualification, explore opportunities for development in the workplace and build confidence. The programme runs in 15 counties.
The Ascent Programme is funded by the European Social Fund and the Welsh Government and is offered to women free of charge.
